REFERRALS

You do not need a referral to see a Psychologist. However, if you have a referral from your GP or psychiatrist together with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP)- you may be entitled to claim a Medicare rebate.

FEES

The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a fee of $311 for a 46-60-minute therapy session. To enable individuals to commit to a more sustainable and effective treatment plan, fees at this practice are as below:

Individual Appointment:

Initial Appointment (60 minutes): $225
Subsequent Appointments (50 minutes): $200

EMDR Therapy:

$290 (up to 80 minutes)

Medicare Rebate:
If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, the amount is $96.65 per 50-60 minute session.

CANCELLATIONS

Please note that cancellation fees apply if you miss your session or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
